I believe leaders have the power to make people and places better.

Through speaking, coaching, and writing, I invest in leaders so they can more intentionally invest in the people they lead. My passion is helping leaders create healthier cultures, stronger teams, and more meaningful impact in every environment they influence.

For more than twenty years, I served as a consultant in the banking industry, speaking to and training organizations across the country. Those years gave me a firsthand understanding of the challenges leaders face and the opportunities they have to shape the people around them.

As the founder of The Signify Group, I now focus on encouraging and expanding the practice of Significant Leadership, helping leaders build workplaces where both people and organizations can thrive.

I am also the author of Where Leadership Starts and the multi-edition That Question Book, resources created to help leaders become stronger communicators and more intentional connectors.
