Growth is the ultimate goal of coaching. To this end, I implement my 3C Model of connecting, coaching, and challenging.

  • Connect—I’ll engage in meaningful relational interaction. Leadership can be lonely. It’s rare to have someone want to know how you’re doing or to find a safe place for authentic openness. In our sessions, you’ll feel seen, heard, and supported.
  • Coach—I won’t give you the right answers. I’ll ask you the right questions. The goal is for you to find clarity about the issues you’re facing and confidence to take the next right step.
  • Challenge—Growth results from responding to stress. I provide healthy stress by challenging your perspectives, assumptions, and limiting beliefs.

I know of no other more effective approach to help you become the leader you long to be.
